2 music things happening just now; attended the Tartan Clef dinner / awards ceremony in Glasgow's City Halls (brilliant venue) last night. Lots of Scottish music talent there; Amy MacDonald, Biffy Clyro, Wet Wet Wet, Franz Ferdinand, Texas. Had a great laugh with the wonderful singer / songwriter Steven Lindsay - check his new album - and ex-Elton John manager Derek McKillop (in town with artist Sophie Ellis Bextor, supporting Take That) was at our table. This is starting to sound like a Hello column! :) Didn't take a single photo - I'm slipping up!
Also rehearsing with a band comprised of work mates and (invited guests) for a charity gig in Glasgow, March 2008.
